Jerry E. Smith on The Hilly Rose Show

This week's encore edition of The Hilly Rose Show features Jerry E. Smith, who has produced an extremely well documented book, Weather Warfare, showing how the goverment and the military are manipulating the weather. Smith suggests that Saddam Hussein may have worked with the Russians (who have been controlling weather for years) to produce huge sandstorms that slowed our troops during the early stages of the second Gulf War. In addition, he talks about the HAARP project in Alaska, suggesting that HAARP may be the reason there were no major hurricanes in 2006.
